Alea Capital Partners is a Lisbon-based Alternative Assets Investment Management Firm.

We focus on opportunities in business sectors underlain by deep structural gaps and influenced by macro trends. In essence, we are looking for a clear medium-long-term solid investment rationale, ignoring “herd mentality” investments.

These opportunities arise as a result of an extensive network, a consolidated business expertise, and a great passion for “hands-in-the-dirt” execution, all shared by an unusually dynamic and resourceful group of people: our team.

Alongside our investors, we have been creating better and bigger businesses, establishing Portugal as a prime investment destination.

We always begin with well-defined investment strategies and fence them with detailed investment mandates. Alea is currently deploying three investment strategies: Alternative Living Solutions,Transformational Private Equity and Venture Capital.

Alternative Living Solutions

We invest in Purpose-Built to Rent assets, a strategy supported by structural gaps and demographic trends.

Transformational Private Equity

We invest in the consolidation of export driven fragmented industrial sectors to maximize value through synergies and growth.

Venture & Innovation

We invest in the scale-up and growth of B2B SaaS companies that have strong evidence of Product market fit.

We take investment beyond paper and sheets.

We understand that, however planning results, superior performance of any business relies deeply on execution.

We understand that, however planning results, superior performance of any business relies deeply on execution.

At Alea Capital Partners we are not afraid of going into businesses we invest in, go deep, to understand them better, and to improve them through the people, methodologies and processes behind them.  We are driven and excited by making decisions based on critical thinking, committing and getting things done.

An entrepreneurial mindset and a hands on approach is the combination of characteristics which describes us best. It leads us to carefully assemble our teams by bringing together people who are critical-thinkers and execution-focused; optimists with a straight-forwards attitude, endowed with a very conscious resilience.

We play to win, and enjoy the journey along the way.
