Robert is an active Advisory Board Member at Alea Capital. He is a veteran German investor, having served as Executive Board Member in several companies based in Germany and Portugal. He was previously a Partner and Board Member of Arthur D. Little and Partner of Equivest, a Private Equity Firm based in Munich, where he led various investment transactions in both mature companies and new ventures. He started his career as a Marketing Manager at Unilever in Hamburg.

Robert holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, and a degree in Economics from Ludwig Maximilians Universität in Munich.
