We planned, developed and operated a new Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) Asset in Braga, featuring 294 private student rooms.
The facility included amenities such as a Co-Working and Study Areas, Lounge, Great Exterior Spaces, Private Gym, and shared kitchens.
Strategically located just a 5-minute walk from the Universidade do Minho, this project responds to a strong demand for student accommodation, creating value for the city and the academic community, by promoting multiculturalism and student exchange, delivering a better quality of life and service for all its stakeholders.
The Braga asset underwent grounds-up construction in merely 14 months, allowing us to move from planning to operations at very high pace (20 months).
We exited the asset to an EU Institutional fund with a fully up-and-running operational structure.
