We planned, developed and operated the first PBSA project in a “secondary location” in Portugal, consisting of a 260-room purpose-built student accommodation.
This project included private Co-Working and Study Spaces, Lounge Area, Exterior Gardens, fully-equipped Gym, and shared kitchens.
Located 2 minutes walk from the Universidade da Beira Interior.
This project faced numerous challenges including rehabilitation of an old wool factory with a well-defined area and limitations, with an added layer of difficulty as development culminated with the appearance of COVID.
We fully stabilized the asset before disposing it to an EU-based institutional fund.
